The Awards celebrate the huge contribution that businesses make to the local economy and how they make North Tyneside a great place to live, work and visit.
Applicants can enter any of the 5 categories, and all category winners are automatically entered for the overall North Tyneside Business of the Year Award. Category winners receive a certificate, prize and trophy as well as substantial recognition and publicity.
Categories are
- New Business
- Retail and Service Provider
- Manufacturing and Construction
- Leisure and Tourism
- Digital & Innovation
In addition to the categories which are applied for, you can nominate a business for the Heart of the Community Award. A business which supports local initiatives and causes, employ local people, provides excellent customer service; going the extra mile to be at the heart of the local community.
The deadline for nominations and applications is Friday 20th September 2019
