The Forum is supported and managed by North Tyneside Council. All data is managed by North Tyneside Council in accordance with the privacy notice which can be found here.
1. What these terms cover
These are the terms and conditions on which we supply tickets to you for Events that are advertised on our website, and on social media, sold through Eventbrite.
2. The terms and conditions
b) Event attendance must be paid in full no later than 48hrs prior to the event.
c) Refund (for paid events) requests should be made at least 5 working days prior to the event, requests after this event will not be refunded however places cancelled.
d) Admittance – NTBF reserve the right to refuse admittance to or expel from events anyone that it determines is behaving in a manner that could be disruptive to the Event or pose any danger to any other attendee.
e) Attendance – if you are a non-attender at 2 consecutive events without prior apologies or cancellation of place, your place will be automatically cancelled for the following event and you will be unable to attend any future events for 6 months.
f) Membership – attendees must be registered Directors / Owners or employees of the business with a registered trading address in North Tyneside, and the business must be a member of North Tyneside Business Forum on the date of the event.
